  1. Journal Promot: if I was to be utterly honest wihh my self and had NO care for what anyone else is doing , what would I be doing ? How would my days look? How would my life look? How would I be FEELING? Go deep into all areas of your life. Your vocation, your money, your relationships,your body. Keep writing!!!

  2. Ask yourself ? Are these goals mine ? Or someone else’s ? Check in with yourself. Remember DESIRE fuels your manifesting.

3. Create a vision board (After you have done journal prompt) of your dream life and what you desire- you can create one for your whole life and then a mini one for the month or more specific short term goals. On your vision board – write FEELING WORDS that Pertain to your vision … e.g the new house would make me feel JOY

  1. Take a photo of your vision board as put it in here, on your phone and also set a reminder on your phone so it pops up. It’s important your connection to the images is strong so take time to really feel yourself inside the images and hiwnut would FEEL if you already had this

 

So far, we have talked about the importance of really getting clear and also getting specific in tomorrows live training we will be talking about DETACHING from this.. which sounds so contrary..and it is.. but we will discuss that tomorrow..

BUT.. the next stage of setting goals, because it isn’t just simple and wham bam thank you mam…is your WHY…

So WHY Do you want, desire, need, crave, the XXXXX you have … why is it so god damn important?

This will help you a) figure out what is the most important thing to FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION to… and where your attention goes, energy flows and really speeds up the process.

SIMPLY pulling goals out ya arse without any thought of WHY, means you haven’t really tapped in and tuned into the FEELING behind it.

THE feeling, the DESIRE is the energy that the UNIVERSE hears.. NOT your words.. You can say “I want a million pounds business’ ut without w WHY and desire and behind it then there is NO real FUEL.. no real GUSTO to get the Universe moving..

WHEN YOU REEEEEALLLLLLY WANT SOMETHING, YOU CAN FEEL IT.

If a desire is NON-NEGOTIABLE that certainty in it transmutes an ENERGY…

So GET CLEAR ON WHY you want, what you want.. feel it in your bones…

3) CREATE A FACEBOOK POST THAT YOU WOULD POST ONCE YOU HAVE ACHIEVED XYX. (I wrote my book deal post 4 months before I got sharing my news and thanking everyone)

The most important thing is.. YOU FUCKING FEEL IT.

PART TWO

It’s all about the bullshit ..

This week is about observing the chatter .. it’s about starting to understand the themes that’s are governing your life and the limiting beliefs you have given yourself…

Once you have observed the negative chatter … you need to journal on these questions?

1) whose voice is this?

YOUR soul isn’t telling your can’t .. or arent good enough or worthy…it’s someone else’s voice!!

Who ?

Your job is to start identifying who ?

Mum ? Dad? Teacher ? Grandparent?

2) Think back to your childhood .. think back to times where you felt. “Less than” .. or not good enough… or situations that in anyway link to how you feel now about your goals.

The problem is .. right now … your subconscious is running the show and it will continue to replay the SCRIPT you are used to .. the script that has got you here today ..

BUT IT CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE THE SCRIPT THAT GETS YOU TO TOMORROW OR TO YOUR MANIFESTATIONS.

When you bring to conscious awareness the limiting beliefs.. they lose their power and you can start to neurohack your own brain and change your thinking ON PURPOSE.

So …

1) what are the beliefs?
2) whose voice are they if they aren’t yours?
3) when did you make the derision in your childhood that those beliefs would be yours?

Those beliefs are NOT real . You CREATED them because you believed they would keep you SAFE and help you BELONG..

Do the work and share below what bull shit you are harbouring ..

Mantra – Dear Universe, I am ready to surrender all the beliefs that no longer serve me so I can truly unleash my potential … and so it is.

PART THREE

WITH YOUR GOALS and DESIRES you must be specific…

“Successful Business” is ambiguous … what does that mean or look like ? How much revenue? How many staff ? Where is your office ?

HOW WOULD YOU KNOW IT WSS SUCCESSFUL?

One persons success may be making £2k a month and another £200k …

“Happy relationship” is ambiguous … how would you KNOW it was happy ? One persons happy is very different from another’s!

THE MORE CLEAR YOU ARE WITH YOUR DESIRES – the easier you make the job for the universe to deliver .

PART FOUR

Choosing optimism!!

So part of mastering your vibration is choosing how you speak because how you speak can literally create magic in your life ❤️

You may think that you are either born an optimist or a pessimist but in fact .. you have a choice and that starts with how you see the world.

There are 3 factors that help you decide … the3 P’s

From the lens of a pessimist…

  1. Permanence – this is how permanent you think a situation is .. “I’ll NEVER get a boyfriend” “I’ll NEVER leave this crappy job”

  2. Personalisation – this is how much responsibility you take – “I’m not clever enough to get that promotion “

3.Pervasiveness – how you compartmentalise the good or bad things. “Everything in my life is going wrong”

An optimist Would however see setbacks as temporary, would not blame themselves for everything and can separate a challenge for one part of their life compared to other..

This is s HIGHLY simplistic overview but as we delved into creating a new identity – it is impeatihe that you choose the identity of someone positive OBVS!!! But it’s Also important to make sure your language is in alignment..

I learned to become an optimist!!!!! Yes I did!

I used to be stuck in victim mode

“I’ll never be in a relationship that doesn’t drive me mad “

“I’ll never be able to fit into black body con dresses and pull them off”

We have a CHOICE in every moment to CHOOSE how we see the situation..

Through the eyes of ego and the lens of pessimism or through the eyes of your highest and best self with the lens of love ..

Step One ; Decide for each goal, what will I do? an What will the Universe do?
Step Two: Reverse Engineer Your Goal
Step Three: Focus on First 3 steps only
